2. Use License

Maximum Liability: WoodFloors4U’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question, or £100, whichever is greater.

5. Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: WoodFloors4U attempts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information on the website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other information are error-free or complete.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. WoodFloors4U reserves the right to correct typographical errors and pricing mistakes.

Availability: Products are offered subject to availability. WoodFloors4U reserves the right to refuse orders or to limit quantities available for purchase. If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, WoodFloors4U will notify you and offer alternative options or provide a full refund.

Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes and may not accurately represent the actual product. Wood grain, colour, and finish may vary between batches and monitors. We recommend ordering free samples to assess colour and finish before making your final purchase.

6. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. WoodFloors4U reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been accepted.

Payment Terms: Payment must be received in full before delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. WoodFloors4U accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled without penalty if notice is provided before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard Consumer Contracts Regulations apply (see Returns & Cancellations section).

Security: All payment processing is handled via secure, encrypted connections. WoodFloors4U does not store complete credit card information.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This period begins the day after you receive the product.

How to Return: To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify WoodFloors4U in writing (email to info@woodfloors4u.co.uk is acceptable) within the 14-day period. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to WoodFloors4U’s error or a defective product.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of WoodFloors4U receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Defects & Damage: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description, please contact WoodFloors4U immediately with photographic evidence. WoodFloors4U will, at its option, replace the product, repair it, or refund you in full.

Exceptions to Returns: Custom or bespoke products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the WoodFloors4U website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, product designs, page layout, and software, is the property of WoodFloors4U or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from WoodFloors4U, except as necessary to view the page in your web browser.

9. User Content & Conduct

Your Responsibilities: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or its services. Prohibited conduct includes:
